Panchakarma, the well known ayurvedic treatment, is one of the most effective methods of cleansing the entire body. It regenerates and revitalises you, starting from the cellular level. Panchakarma Cure with Leela Mata
Instructor: Leela Mata

Panchakarma, the well known ayurveda treatment, is one of the most effective methods of cleansing the entire body. It regenerates and revitalises you, starting from the cellular level. Deep-seated blockades in the channels of the body are released; the total organism is detoxified and regenerated. This process is especially effective when assisted by yoga, meditation and the singing of bhajans.

“Pancha” means “five” and “karma” means “techniques of cleansing”. These five techniques are: Vamana (therapeutic vomiting), Vireka (purgation), Basti (oil enema), Nasya (cleansing of the nasal passages) and Rakta Mochana (using herbs to cleanse the blood). The process of deep cleaning strongly activates your power of self-healing. This process will be assisted by daily abhyanga massages (3-4 massages by another participant in the workshop and 3-4 guided self massages), exhalation therapy and a special diet.

Leela Mata will discuss the ayurveda concept of constitution and give each participant a private consultation.

A Guide to Happiness: Leela Mata`s interpretation of the Yoga Vasishta
Instructor: Leela Mata

The Yoga Vasishta is one of the most important jnana yoga scriptures. The sage Vasishta explains the highest wisdom of Vedanta to Prince Rama, who is desperate to understand the suffering of the world and to find a deeper meaning to life. This work is contains unbelievable stories – sometimes funny, often surreal – about parallel universes. Their purpose is to show the illusionary nature of this world and of our conceptions of “I”.

However, the Yoga Vasishta is no work for ivory-towered scholars; in fact, the opposite is true. Its main statement is: realise that beyond the relative "reality", there is one unique and absolute Truth; realise that you are Brahman, pure consciousness. Free yourself from all limiting identifications and then act with detachment in the world. That is the path to overcome suffering and to live a happy life.
